What We Do
We offer comprehensive outplacement services that your exiting employees can access to help them through their career transition.
We work with organizations to support outbound employees to help them re-orient themselves in the job market and transition into new positions following corporate or large scale redundancies, restructures, downsizing, etc. Employers may pick and choose from our available outplacement and career transition services depending on your employees’ needs.
Our services are outcome-driven and employee-centered--we work with each individual to develop a customized plan to meet all of their needs and get them hired in a new position as quickly as possible.
Why We’re Different
We are the only outplacement services team that combines career services and holistic support. Every member of our Career Coaching team has both expertise in career advancement and background in human services. Our providers are Ph.D.-level and M.A.-level Career Coaches.

All of the above are developed with personalized consideration of each employee’s unique situation. A WC Career Coach will be dedicated to the program and provide individual attention by coaching, guiding, and supporting the employee through our program.
