Dr. Rowena Winkler is a Communication Strategist and ATS Expert who helps clients to showcase their skillsets on their resume in a way that feels both authentic and can bypass a powerful ATS (applicant tracking systems). With a Ph.D. in Communication, Dr. Winkler has also studied ATS , natural language processing (NLP) algorithms, and the role of artificial intelligence in the modern job search. She works with clients to strategize their job search to work with technological advancements to develop fruitful results. Dr. Winkler is also a highly skilled interview coach, with the ability to critically balance the science and art of effective interviewing. When Dr. Winkler is not working with WC clients, she also serves as a higher education consultant developing courses in strategic communication and persuasive writing.
