Jasmine Bass, MSW, is a Career Testing Specialist who specializes in Data-Assisted Career Coaching. One of Jasmine’s strengths is working with clients to develop unique ways to navigate the job search (from leveraging social media to to working with recruiters).

She leans on her mental health training to support clients throughout the process (dealing with rejection, anxiety, stress, etc.) and her background in talent development in the technology, providing a competitive edge to our career changers transitioning into tech (software engineering, data science, UX/UI, product management, etc.)

In terms of Data-Assisted Career Coaching, Jasmine’s work with clients involves working with clients after they have gone though Career Testing to support them in a deeper exploration of their results to help them to working with clients to reimagine and reframe their current skillsets in new and creative ways.

Jasmine leads with an empathetic, empowering, and goal-oriented approach and strives to help clients towards finding their voice, strengths, and to see their transferable skills as their super powers.
